I hope you are enjoying the program! I can now monitor the students’ reading and progress as they go! 

If there are any parents that wish to register to get Raz-kids activity reports through email of your child and I have not yet done so, please do not hesitate to let me know (please include email address).

Language Arts


-I am pleased to inform you that we will now be starting with Raz Kids. Attached is a newsletter with your child’s password and information on how to access the website.

-The reading assignments for this class will now be to read on Raz Kids. By going in to “Reading Assignments”, your child is assigned to reading level A. As he or she completes the readings in that level, points are being earned and other reading levels will open up! However, feel free to go on “On Your Own Book Room” where you have access to all of the reading levels. Points will be given by me as the students progress, and more points are earned if the reading comprehensions are completed. 

**Feel free to record their readings from Raz Kids in their reading logs.

-We will be starting Theme 5 in class on Tuesday after the test. Therefore, the reinforcement Activity sheets (5-1 and 5-2) can only be started for homework as of Tuesday.
